For safety the of racers:
• Check 1 will close at 11:50AM THU SZ1 per Racer Brief 7-3.
• If you do not reach Check 1 by this close time, you are required to use the “BLUE LINE detour” route (Patch 02) from Check 1 to end of SZ11.
• Course distance from CHECK 1 to END SZ11 is184mi.
• Link “detour” from CHECK 1 to END SZ11 is 58.80 mi.
• This “detour” will skip:
o 39 VCPs (51 to 89)
o 3 Speed Zones (09, 10, 11)
• This Entire Link Section will be a SPEED ZONE at 60MPH
• Adjusted TIME, will be 9hrs30m after check 1 is closed, this equals the penalties of all skipped VCPs
